CHERPER ("we", "us", "the App") is a multiplayer coin/board game (3, 9, 12 and 15 Coins) available on Android and other platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name and email address, if you register with email/password or sign in with Google. If you play as a Guest, we generate a random guest identifier and do not collect your email.
• Game data: match history, points, wins, losses, draws, and in-app actions (moves, invites) needed to run the game and leaderboard.
• Device and usage data: basic technical information such as app version and general usage patterns, used for troubleshooting and improving the App.
• Advertising identifiers: if in-app advertising is enabled, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect an advertising ID and related data to show and measure ads. See Section 4.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and game sessions.
• To match you with opponents, run matches, and calculate points/leaderboard rankings.
• To send in-app notifications relevant to your matches (e.g. "your friend is waiting for you").
• To maintain the security and integrity of the App (e.g. preventing abuse).
• To display advertisements, once enabled, and measure their performance.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App (e.g. our hosting provider, Google for Sign-In and, once enabled, AdMob advertising).
• Other players, limited to your display name, avatar, and game statistics, which are visible to opponents and on the leaderboard.
• Legal authorities, only if required by law.

4. Advertising

We plan to display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data (such as advertising identifiers) to show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can manage ad personalization through your device's ad settings.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and match data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from our Delete Account page; we will delete or anonymize your data except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
